1.02 Carat Old Cut Diamond & Ruby Octagonal Cluster Ring, 18k Gold

A gorgeous diamond and synthetic ruby cluster ring. The rubover set old European cut diamond in the centre displays a distinct light yellow. Special-cut strong red synthetic rubies surround the centre stone, with a further halo of eight-cut diamonds in the octagonally shaped head. Pretty detailing in the gallery leads to shaped shoulders to a slim, yellow gold shank.

Cut – Old European cut diamond in the centre with eight-cut diamonds in the surround. The rubies are calibré cut.

Colour – The centre diamond is light yellow. The surrounding diamonds are G to I.

Clarity – The centre is SI1. The smaller diamonds are SI1 to I1. All the stones are clean to the naked eye.

Carat – The centre diamond is a known 0.76 carat, with an additional approximate 0.26 carat of diamonds in the surround. The total approximate sapphire weight is 0.26 carat.

Circa – The diamonds are circa 1925, the mount is new.

Size – N (UK) or 6.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.

Measurements – The head of the ring is 12.9 x 13.2mm. Sits 6.2mm from the finger.
