Art Deco 0.50 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1920
A gloriously pretty diamond engagement ring. The high white, bright and internally clean old cut diamond is secured in a four claw collet with fine delightful detailing in the collet. The white, reverse tapering shoulders hold an old cut and two small eight-cut diamonds each side, leading to a slim platinum shank. Beautiful and individual.

Cut – Old mine cut. The diamonds in the shoulders are old cuts and eight-cuts.
Colour – G in the centre. The diamonds in the shoulders are F to H.
Clarity – The centre is VS2. The diamonds in the shoulders are VS1 to SI1; all are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – A known 0.50 in the centre, with an additional approximate 0.12 carat in the shoulders.
Circa – 1920.
Size – I 1/2 (UK) or 4.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The diamond is approximately 4.8 x 4.8mm and sits 5.8mm from the finger.
