Art Deco 0.80 Carat Old Cut Diamond Crossover Engagement Ring, circa 1930
So delightfully unique. The slightly cushion shaped old cut diamond displays a soft, subtle champagne hue. The stone is secured in an eight-claw collet embraced by a sweeping yellow gold shank, the shoulders of which are set with eight (four each side) eight-cut diamonds set in platinum.

Cut – Old mine cut (eight-cuts in the shoulders).
Colour – K (G to I in the shoulders).
Clarity – SI1. (VS2 to SI1 in the shoulders).
Carat – Conservatively estimated at 0.89 carat in the centre. The total approximate weight of the diamonds in shoulders is 0.10 carat.
Circa – 1915.
Size – K (UK) or 5 1/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The diamond is 5.9 x 5.6mm. The ring is 8.2mm at the widest point and sits 6.3mm from the finger.
