Art Deco 1.75 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1935
Wholly impressive. The nice and chunky cushion shaped old cut diamond in the centre is set in a simple but classy four-claw setting. The double gallery allows plenty of light to pass through the very lively diamond. Ten (five either side) eight cut diamonds are grain-set in the shoulders, leading a slim D-shaped shank. A classic.
