Art Deco 2.15 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1930

Majestic and undeniably beautiful. The glorious old mine cut diamond in the centre is absolutely electric with brilliance and fire; very high white and with exceptional clarity. The diamond is set in an eight claw collet with an elegantly pierced gallery, leading to slightly raised, squared-off shoulders which are accented with six (three either side) eight cut diamonds. This leads to a nice, solid knife edge band. A beautiful diamond in a beautiful ring: what more could a woman want!

Carat – The centre stone is 2.15, with a further approximate 0.12 carat in the shoulders.

Metal – Platinum. Stamped inside the band 10% iridium, 90% platinum.
