Art Deco 4.50 Carat Fancy Yellow & White Old Cut Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1920

Impressive and phenomenally beautiful. A 3.10 carat light fancy yellow diamond “floats” within a halo of fourteen high white old mine cuts. The central diamond is rubover set in 18 karat yellow gold to emphasise the hue of the diamond, with the rest of the ring in platinum. Fine etching to the shoulders and a pierced geometric gallery are the finishing touches on the most glorious of rings. A masterpiece.

Cut – Old European cut in the centre with old mine / miner cuts in the surround.

Colour – The centre stone is fancy light yellow. The diamonds in the surround are F/G; colourless.

Clarity – The central diamond is VS2. The diamonds in the surrounds are VS2 to SI1. All diamonds are clean to the naked eye.

Carat – The centre stone is 3.10 carat. The estimated total carat weight is 4.50 carat.
