Edwardian 10.44 Carat Natural Ceylon Sapphire & Old Cut Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1905
The most perfect blue. This glowing cornflower Ceylon sapphire – natural, unheated – is claw-set above a surround of eighteen high white and bright old cut diamonds. The finely hand-pierced gallery leads to a split shoulder shank with an over-sized central leaf to a channel yellow gold shank. Hugely impressive.
