Edwardian 2.11 Carat Old Cut Diamond Drop Earrings, circa 1910
Utterly exquisite. Each earring features two old cut diamonds, rubover and milgrain set in platinum, spaced by a small pair of rubover set rose cut diamonds. The bottom cluster connects, via rose cut set linking bar, to a fish hook wire back. Aching with character and beauty.

Cut – The two main diamonds in each earring are old mine cuts. The smaller diamonds are rose cuts.
Colour – F to H.
Clarity – The old cuts are VS2 to SI2. The rose cuts are SI1 to I1; all are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – The total approximate weight of the large stones is 1.35 carat. The total approximate weight is 2.11 carat.
Circa – 1910.
Measurements – From top to bottom, not including the fishhook wire, is 24mm. Including the wire, the length is 35.5mm
Metal – 14k yellow gold and platinum. Tested.
