Edwardian Essex Crystal “Elks Lodge” Cufflinks, Boxed, circa 1910
A pair of Edwardian cufflinks depicting the elk and clock of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks (often referred to as Elks Lodge). These intricately crafted cufflinks are backed in 18k yellow gold, and presented in the original box.
This type of reverse cut and painted rock crystal is commonly called an Essex Crystal. The cabochon rock crystal is laboriously hand-carved and painted.
Each end of the cufflink is 13.75mm in diameter.
