Retro 1.80 Carat Emerald & Rose Cut Diamond Cocktail Ring, circa 1945
So much detail in this awesome mid century cocktail ring. The central emerald is a striking grassy green, and sits within an impressive two layered cluster of rose cut diamonds; thirty-six in total. The detailed etched gallery leads to a carved leaf trip-split shoulders on a substantial D-shaped shank.
Cut – Oval mixed cut emerald and rose cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds are I.
Clarity – The diamonds range from VS2 to SI2; clean to the naked eye. The emerald has some visible inclusions, which is expected of this gemstone.
Carat – The emerald is approximately 1.80 carat, with an estimated 1.04 carat of diamonds.
Circa – 1945.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 21.5mm by 17.4mm and sits 11.2mm from the finger.
Size – M (UK) or 6 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Metal – The diamonds are set in silver. The rest of the ring is 18k yellow gold. Tested.
