As we are back in lockdown, all appointments at our showroom have been stopped. Video appointments have been more successful than we initially imagined, giving customers a clearer idea of how a ring looks on a hand as well as providing an opportunity to compare several pieces side by side.
Contact us if you would like a ‘virtual’ appointment. Please provide 24 hours notice so we can collect items from our secure vault.
Delivery is unaffected and all items are being dispatched as normal. International delivery also remains unaffected.
Sizing and Repairs.
Our workshop is open; all sizings and repairs are being dealt with as normal. Because of social distancing measures in our workshops, jobs are taking a couple of extra days. Please bear with us. As ever, if you have a particular date in mind to present a piece of jewellery, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your deadline.
Given the restrictions, we are happy to extend our returns period beyond our usual 14 days. Please contact us for further details.
