Art Deco 0.40 Carat Transitional Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1940
Very easy on the eye! The high white, clean and very sparkly transitional cut diamond is in a six claw platinum collet. The platinum shoulders, set with six (three either side) eight-cuts, lead to a slim yellow gold band. A super vintage classic.
Cut – Transitional cut in the centre with eight-cuts in the shoulders.

Clarity – VS2.
Carat – 0.40 carat in the centre, with an additional approximate 0.12 carat in the shoulders.
Circa – 1945.

Measurements – The centre diamond is approximately 4.8mm in diameter and sits 6.3mm from the finger.
