Art Deco 0.47 Carat Minor Oil Colombian Emerald & Diamond Trilogy Ring, circa 1925
The most wonderful vintage emerald ring. The emerald cut emerald in the centre – certified as Colombian and with minor clarity enhancement – is arguably perfect; a glowingly bright bluish green which seems almost to glow from within. The stone is set in yellow gold and flanked by a pair of square cushion shaped old mine cut diamonds in platinum. Ten (five each side) eight-cut diamonds are set in the platinum shoulders, to a slim 18k yellow gold shank.
Accompanied by an emerald report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating the emerald is Colombian and has only received minor clarity enhancement.
