Art Deco 0.47 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1930
A wonderfully pretty vintage engagement ring. The white, bright and lively old European cut diamond in the centre is secured in an eight-claw coronet collet. High, marquise shaped shoulders are each set with three eight-cut diamonds, leading to a slim, D-shaped platinum shank.

Cut – Old European cut with eight-cuts in the shoulders.
Colour – I in the centre, with G to I in the shoulders.
Clarity – VS2, with VS2 to SI1 in the shoulders.
Carat – 0.47 in the centre, with a further approximate 0.08 carat in the shoulders.
Circa – 1930.
Measurements – The diamond is 5.0 x 4.9mm. Sits 5.4mm from the finger.
