Art Deco 0.48 Carat Old Mine Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1930
What an unbelievably sweet diamond engagement ring. The old mine cut diamond displays in impressive amount life and fire, and is secured in a four claw platinum collet. The high, diamond-set shoulders feature scrolling flourishes in the gallery, leading to a slim platinum shank.

Cut – Old mine cut, with eight-cut diamonds in the shoulders.
Colour – I in the centre. The diamonds in the shoulders are F to G.
Clarity – SI2. The diamonds in the shoulders are VS1 to VS2.
Carat – The centre is a known 0.48 carat, with a further approximate 0.05 in the shoulders.
Circa – 1930.
Size – J (UK) or 4 5/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The diamond is approximately 4.4 x 4.6mm and sits 5.2mm from the finger.
Metal – Platinum. Tested.
