Art Deco 0.51 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1925
A charmer of an engagement ring. The square-ish cushion shaped centre stone is bright, internally clean and displays a light champagne tone. The diamond is secured in a four-claw square collet leading to a fine, platinum shank adorned with six (three each side) eight-cut diamonds. Simple but mightily effective.

Cut – Old mine cut in the centre. The side stones are eight-cuts.
Colour – K. (G to I in the shoulders).
Clarity – VS1 in the centre. (VS1 to SI1 in the shoulders).
Carat – A known 0.51 in the centre with an additional estimated 0.04 carat in the shoulders.
Circa – 1925.
Size – H (UK) or 3.75 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The diamond is approximately 4.1 x 4.5mm and sits 5.3mm from the finger.
