Art Deco 0.51 Carat Old European Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1930
A sublime Art Deco engagement ring. The 0.51 old European cut diamond – graded by HRD as H colour, VS1 clarity – is bright, internally clean and full of fire. The centre stone is secured in four claw box collet, with very pretty geometric detailing in the gallery. Diamond set shoulders leads to a slim D-shaped platinum shank.
Accompanied a diamond grading report from HRD Antwerp (#180000034606).
Cut – Old European cut in the centre, with eight-cut diamonds in the shoulders.
Colour – H (G to H in the shoulders).
Clarity – VS1 (the diamonds in the shoulders are VS1 to VS2).
Carat – 0.51. With an additional approximate 0.06 carat in the shoulders.
Circa – 1930.
Measurements – The diamond in the centre is 5.37 x 5.38mm. Sits 4mm from the finger.
Size – M 1/2 (UK) or 6.25 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
