Art Deco 0.54 Carat Old Marquise Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1935
A marquise cut diamond ring of real beauty. The slightly rugby-ball shaped old marquise cut – bright and internally clean – is rubover in 18k white gold. The vented, white gold shoulders feature a double-split, with each half set with an old mine cut diamond and lead to a slender yellow gold shank. A solitaire ring that is in equal parts beautiful and unique.

Cut – Old marquise cut in the centre, with old mine cuts in the shoulders.
Colour – The centre is J, with H to I colour diamonds in the shoulders.
Clarity – The centre is VS2. The diamonds in the shoulders are VS2 to SI1; all are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – The centre is approximately 0.54 carat, with an additional approximate 0.08 carat.
Circa – 1935.
Size – J (UK) or 4 5/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 7.85 x 5.05mm. Sits 3.9mm from the finger.
Metal – Stamped 18CT – 18k yellow and white gold – and tests as such.
