Art Deco 0.55 Carat Old Cut Diamond Trilogy Ring, circa 1920
A very pretty antique diamond trilogy ring. The trio of old mine cut diamonds are well matched in terms of size and colour – rare as most trilogy rings feature a larger centre stone. The diamonds are secured in platinum coronet settings, leading to a slim 18k yellow gold shank.
Cut – Old mine cuts.
Colour – H to I.
Clarity – One outer stone is SI2, the other is SI1. The centre is VS2.
Carat – Approximately 0.20 carat in the centre with a total approximately diamond weight of 0.55 carat.
Circa – 1920.
Size – M 1/2 (UK) or 6.25 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – From the edge of one outer diamond to the other is 11.9mm. The ring is 4.35mm at the widest point and sits 4.7mm from the finger.
Metal – Stamped PLAT 18CT – indicating platinum and 18k yellow gold – and tests as such.
