Art Deco 0.65 Carat Sapphire & 0.72 Carat Diamond Ring, French, circa 1925
An antique sapphire and diamond ring of real class. The strong bright blue cushion cut sapphire in the centre is claw set in a surround of eight lively and white old mine cut diamonds in a coronet cluster setting. Split shoulders lead to a slim D-shaped rose gold shank.
Accompanied by an independent jewellery report by IGR (#30307790).
Cut – Cushion cut sapphire and old mine cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamond are G to I.
Clarity – The diamonds are SI1 to I1; all are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – The sapphire is approximately 0.65 carat with a total approximate diamond weight of 0.72 carat.
Circa – 1925.
Size – L (UK) or 5.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 12 x 12.25mm and sits 6.25mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k gold. The diamonds and the sapphire are set in platinum. Tested.
