Art Deco 0.66 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1935
A vintage engagement ring of real class. The cushion shaped old cut diamond in the centre displays a light and bright champagne hue, and is secured in a platinum eight-claw coronet collet. The spear-shaped platinum shoulders are each set with a pair of eight-cut diamonds, leading to a slim, 18k yellow gold D-shaped shank.
Accompanied by a diamond report from HRD (#180000077596).
Cut – Old mine cut (with eight cuts in the shoulders).
Colour – M. (The diamonds in the shoulders are G.)
Clarity – SI1. (The diamonds in the shoulders are VS1 to VS2.)
Carat – 0.66 in the centre, with an additional approximate 0.04 in the shoulders.
Circa – 1935.
Size – L 1/2 (UK) or 5 7/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The diamond is 5.14 x 4.72mm. Sits 5.3mm from the finger.
