Art Deco 0.68 Carat Old Cut Diamond Cocktail Ring, circa 1940
A late Art Deco diamond cocktail ring of undeniable class. Centred by a 0.68 carat old cut diamond set with in a square box collet. The beautifully shaped double-fluted high-set shoulders are pavé set with four rose cut and twelve eight-cut diamonds, leading to a reverse tapering double fluted shank. Jazz Age bling of the highest order.
Cut – Old mine cut diamond in the centre, with rose cut and eight-cut diamond accents.
Colour – The centre diamond is I. The accent diamonds are I to J.
Clarity – The centre diamond is I1. The accent in the shoulders are VS2 to SI2.
Carat – The centre diamond is a known 0.68 carat, with an additional approximate 0.18 carat in the shoulders.
Circa – 1940.
Size – N (UK) or 6.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 11.2 x 20.5mm. Sits 6.2mm from the finger
