Art Deco 0.72 Carat Old European Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1915
Utterly, completely, and devastatingly gorgeous. The old European cut diamond in the centre – graded by GIA as D colour, VS1 clarity – is as white as it’s possible for a diamond to be, and equally bright and lively. The stone is secured in a four claw platinum collet with sweeping curtain detailing in the gallery. Spear-shaped shoulders are set six (three each side) eight cut diamonds of graduating size, leading to a slim 18k yellow gold shank.
Accompanied by a GIA certificate, report no. 6325600633 (laser inscribed on the diamond).
