Art Deco 0.78 Carat Old Cut Diamond Solitaire Ring, circa 1935
A fantastically different take on a diamond solitaire ring. The old mine cut diamond – bright, lively and internally clean – is rubover set in a nicely chunky white gold mounting. With fine cross-hatch engraving other side of the old cut diamonds in the shoulders, leading to a D-shaped shank.

Colour – M in the centre. The diamonds in the shoulders are H to I.
Clarity – VS1 in the centre. The diamonds in the shoulders are SI1.
Carat – Approximately 0.78 in the centre, with an additional approximate 0.18 carat in the shoulders.
Circa – 1935.
Size – N (UK) or 6.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The diamond is approximately 5.6 x 5.3mm. The ring is 9.6mm at the widest point and sits 4.3mm from the finger.
Metal – Stamped 18CT – 18k white gold – and tests as such.
