Art Deco 0.79 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1930
A fabulously beautiful – and unique – Art Deco engagement ring. The old mine cut diamond in the centre is secured in a six claw coronet collet. It’s an impressively bright and lively stone, but what really sets this ring off are the daring split shoulders. Set with eighteen (nine either side) eight cut diamonds in a wide and elongated “U,” leading to a slender platinum shank. So striking.
Accompanied by an independent jewellery report by IGR (#30309906).
