Art Deco 0.85 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1925
Vintage engagement rings don’t come more lovely than this. The old mine cut diamond in the centre is secured in a four claw collet which featuring distinctive geometrical detailing in the gallery. The high shoulders are set with eight (four each side) eight-cut diamonds, with angular detailing in the gallery, leading to a flat court shaped shank.

Cut – Old mine cut diamond in centre with with eight-cuts in the shoulders.
Colour – K (J to K in the shoulders).
Clarity – The centre is SI1. The diamonds in the shoulders range from VS2 to SI1.
Carat – The centre is approximately 0.85 carat, with a further approximate 0.08 carat in the shoulders.
Circa – 1925.
Size – K 1/2 (UK) or 5 3/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The centre diamond is 5.65 x 4.6mm and sits 6.1mm from the finger.
Metal – Platinum. Tested.
