Art Deco 0.85 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1940
Put simply: this is gorgeous. Mounted in platinum, the rubover set old European cut diamond in the centre is high white, very clean and utterly dazzling. Each shoulder holds two old mine cuts and an eight cut diamond leading to a sturdy yellow gold band. A ring that is at once delicate and robust – and timelessly beautiful.

Colour – The diamonds are G.
Clarity – All the stones are very clear; VS1.
Carat – Approximately 0.85 carat in the centre, with estimated 0.18 carat of diamonds in the shoulders.

Size – J 1/2 (UK) or 5 (US). Complementary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The central diamond, including the rubover, is 6.7mm in diameter and sits 5.6mm from the finger.
