Art Deco 0.88 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1920
It is incredibly unusual to find an old mine cut diamond as high quality as this one. The breathtaking stone – graded by IGI as F colour and VS1 clarity – is glowingly white and internally very clean. The stone is secured in a four claw collet with an unfussy gallery, allowing maximum light to pass through the stone. Polished spear-shaped shoulders lead to a slim D-shaped platinum shank. Rare and indisputably beautiful.
Accompanied by a diamond report from IGI (#575300918).
