Art Deco 0.90 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1920
A wonderfully unique engagement ring. The exceptionally white old European cut diamond in the centre – graded by EGL as D colour, SI2 clarity – is blindingly white and impressively lively. The stone is secured in a six claw hexagonal collet with triangular claws that give the impression the stone is set in a star. The stunningly shaped shoulders lead to a slim platinum shank.
