This antique engagement ring is just so wonderful. The oval shaped old mine cut diamond displays a distinctive light yellow, as well as absolutely crackling with fire and brilliance. The diamond is secured in an eight claw platinum collet which is flanked by diamond shaped platinum shoulders, each set with a single white eight-cut diamond. On a slim 18k yellow gold shank. A beautiful and unique piece.

Cut – Old mine cut diamond in the centre with eight-cut diamonds in the shoulders.
Colour – Light yellow (Z) in the centre. The diamonds in the shoulder are H to I
Clarity – SI1 (VS1 to VS2 in the shoulders).
Carat – Approximately 0.85 carat in the centre (with approximately 0.07 carat in the shoulders).
Circa – 1915.
Measurements – The diamond is 6.6 x 5.8mm and sits 5.1mm from the finger.
Size – O (UK) or 7 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Metal – Stamped 18CT PLAT – indicating 18k yellow gold and platinum – and tests as such.
