Art Deco 1.01 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1920
A phenomenally beautiful antique engagement ring. The exceptionally white centre diamond – graded by HRD Antwerp as E colour, SI1 clarity – positively glows. The stone is secured in a six claw platinum collet with striking geometric detailing in the gallery. Six (three each side) eight-cuts are set in the migrained shoulders, leading to a slim platinum shank. Top class.

Cut – Old mine cut (with eight-cuts of the shoulders).
Colour – E (F to G in the shoulders).
Clarity – SI1 (VS2 to SI1 in the shoulders).
