Art Deco 1.06 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1925
A fantastically eccentric and unique engagement ring. The old European cut diamond in the centre – weighing in at 1.06 carat – is secured in a six claw collet with pear shaped detailing in the gallery, to a slightly hexagonal shaped finger bezel. The flamboyant double scrolling shoulders feature twelve (six each side) eight-cut diamonds, leading to a slim, platinum shank. A wonderful one-off.
