Art Deco 1.10 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1920
An antique engagement ring that almost defines the Art Deco style. The old European cut diamond in the centre is secured in a four-claw square collet and is flanked on either side by diamond-set step-down shoulders to a slim platinum shank. Clear, strong and geometric lines in this vintage dazzler.

Cut – Old European cut. The diamonds in the shoulders are eight-cuts and old cuts.
Colour – I (G to I in the shoulders).
Clarity –SI2 (SI1 to SI2 in the shoulders).
Carat – 1.10 (with a further approximate 0.18 carat in the shoulders).
Circa – 1920.
Size – J (UK) or 4 5/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The diamond is approximately 7mm in diameter and sits 5mm from the finger.
Metal – Stamped PLAT – indicating platinum – and tests as such.
