Art Deco 1.19 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1920
A highly impressive Art Deco diamond engagement ring. The old European cut diamond in the centre – graded as high white and internally clean – is secured in a ten claw coronet collet and is flanked by step-down shoulders set with four (two either side) baguette cut diamonds to a slender platinum shank.

Cut – Old European cut diamond with baguette cut diamonds in the shoulders.
Colour – The centre is H, the baguettes are G to H.
Clarity – The centre is VS2. The baguettes are VS2 to SI1.
Carat – The centre is 1.19 carat, with a further approximate 0.24 carat in the shoulders.
Circa – 1920.
Size – S (UK) or 9 1/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down. The internal sizing adjusters will be removed when this is resized.
Measurements – The centre is approximately 6.5 x 6.5mm and sits 6.5mm from the finger.
Metal – Stamped PLAT – indicating platinum – and tests as such.
