Art Deco 1.20 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1920
It doesn’t get much better than this old mine cut diamond engagement ring. The centre stone – graded by IGI, Antwerp as I colour, VS1 clarity – is eye-catchingly bright and vibrant. The stone is secured in a four claw setting with an open gallery, allowing maximum light to pass through the diamond. Six (three each side) eight-cut diamonds are set in the slightly raised shoulders, leading to a slim knife edge shank.
Accompanied by a diamond report from IGI (#407966377).
