Art Deco 1.25 Carat Sapphire Diamond Halo Ring, French, circa 1935
A fine sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The central deep blue sapphire displays distinct flashes of indigo, and “floats” in an oval shaped halo of sixteen eight cut diamonds. Milgraining either side of the grain set diamonds lead to intricately pierced gallery. The cluster is all in platinum, atop a white gold band. Just so elegant.
