Art Deco 1.34 Carat Old European Cut Diamond Ring, circa 1920
A show-stopping Art Deco diamond ring. The glowing old European cut in the centre – graded by HRD as M colour, SI1 clarity – is secured in a simple four-claw collet which “floats” in the centre of a fabulously crafted setting. A total of thirty-four eight-cut diamonds are set in the softly curved and milgrained surround; first forming a “box” around the centre stone, then stepping down to the slim D-shaped shank. Exceptional and intricate craftsmanship.
Accompanied by a diamond grading report from HRD Antwerp (#180000145809).
