Art Deco 1.52 Carat Old European Cut Diamond Drop Earrings, circa 1935
A supremely elegant pair of Art Deco diamond earrings. The old European cuts at the bottom are each secured in eight claw open collets with elegant detailing in the gallery. The drops dangle via a slim linking bar to smaller old European cut diamond rubover set in milgrained platinum. With lever back closures.

Cut – Old European cuts.
Colour – The bottom diamonds are G and I. The top diamonds are F to G.
Clarity – The bottom diamonds are VS2 and SI1 respectively. The top diamonds are VS2.
Carat – The large diamonds in the drop are approximately 0.66 each, with an 0.10 carat diamond above. A total approximate weight of 1.52 carat.
Circa – 1930.
Measurements – From the top of the top diamonds to the bottom of the earrings is 13.4mm
Metal – 18k yellow gold and platinum. Tested.
