Art Deco 1.74 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1915

A wonderful and distinctive antique engagement ring. The delightfully wonky old mine cut diamond in the centre displays a gentle, soft yellow hue and is secured in a milgrained box setting in yellow gold, emphasising the colour of the diamond. Asymmetrical, organic swirls in the gallery add contrast to the square top of the ring, leading to a slim 18k yellow gold shank.
