Art Deco 1.89 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, French, circa 1930
A seriously heart-melting stone. The old mine cut diamond is mounted in an eight-claw open collet with a scalloped back setting. The very fine shank splits at three ways the shoulders with the middle bar set with a small rose cut diamonds. A fine and dainty ring, but with a walloping and impressive rock at it’s centre.
Cut – Old mine / miner cut in the centre, and rose cut diamonds in the shoulders.

Clarity – VS2.
Carat – 1.89 in the centre. The two small stone are approximately 0.01 carat each.
Circa – 1930.

Measurements – The diamond is approximately 7.5mm in diameter and sits 8mm from the finger.
