Art Deco 1.97 Carat Purple Sapphire & Rose Cut Diamond Ring, circa 1940
Such a lovely ring. The natural purple sapphire in the centre displays a clear and bright lilic tone, and is surrounded by fourteen white and clean rose cut diamonds in milgrained rubover settings. Neat circular detailing in the under-gallery leads to a slim and tapering rose gold shank.
