Art Deco 1.91 Carat Padaparadscha Sapphire & Diamond Ring, circa 1940
Padparadscha sapphires are as scarce as they are beautiful. This stunning example displays a bright, vivid pinkish orange, the colour of which is emphasised by the eight (four each side) high white and clean diamonds set either side. Double vented shoulders curve down to a D-shaped white gold shank, topped with a further pair of old European cut diamonds.
