Art Deco 2.00 Carat Cabochon Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Ring, French, circa 1930

A seriously funky ring. Set with a deep blue cabochon sapphire which is surrounded by twelve ample diamonds of around 1.80 carats, this is absolutely dazzling. The cluster itself is raised slightly off the finger to make this a comfortable wear. Made with a really interesting contrast of gold colours; the band is rose gold, the gems are set in yellow gold with white gold shoulders. Stunning.

Clarity – Diamonds range between VS2 and SI1; all are totally clean to the naked eye.

Carat – The sapphire is estimated at 2.00. Each of the diamonds is gauged at 0.15 carat, so a total approximate diamonds weight of 1.80 carat.

Circa – 1930.

Size – Currently N 1/2 (UK) or 6 3/4 (US). Complementary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.

Measurements – The cluster measures 12.75mm by 16.6mm and sits 9.25mm from the finger.

Metal – 18k rose, yellow and white gold. Fully hallmarked (France).
