Art Deco 2.06 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1920
A jaw droppingly beautiful Art Deco engagement ring. The old European cut diamond in the centre – graded by IGI as E colour, SI2 clarity – is almost impossibly white, bright and lively. The stone is secured in magnificent platinum mount; four split claws – at compass points – lead to a sweeping and detailing gallery, conforming to a slim, knife edge shank adorned with six (three each side) eight-cut diamonds at the shoulders. Truly exceptional.
Accompanied by a diamond report from IGI (#395978805).
