Art Deco 2.14 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1920
A supremely lovely engagement ring. The old cut diamond is impressive in every aspect: size, colour, internal clarity and vibrancy. The centre stone is secured in a four claw collet with a simple, open double gallery. Each shoulder holds a pair of rubover-set baguette cut diamonds stepping down to a slim, flat shank. Considering the size of the centre stone, this sits nice and snug to the finger: very wearable and super, super lovely.
