Art Deco 2.50 Carat Old Cushion Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1925
Glorious! A cushion shaped old cut stone which is almost alive with sparkle and fire is low-set in a platinum six claw collet leading to platinum raised shoulders holding two (approximate) 0.20 carat baguette cut diamonds. The shank is 18k white gold. The contrast between the uniquely and idiosyncratically shaped centre stone against the crisp uniformity of the accent baguette diamonds creates a ring that is not just different, but delightfully so.
