Art Deco 2.77 Carat Old Cut Diamond & Emerald Target Cluster Ring, circa 1940
Arrestingly beautiful. The old European cut diamond in the centre, of an approximate weight of 0.95 carat, is blindingly white and internally clean. This high quality stone is rubover set in milgrained white gold, with fourteen bright green calibré cut emeralds in the surround. Fourteen old European cut diamonds complete the target cluster, with a further six (three either side) set in the intricately carved and engraving shoulders. A triumph and a treasure.
