Art Deco 2.94 Carat Minor Oil Colombian Emerald & Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1940
An utterly glowing Colombian emerald takes centre stage in this most lovely ring. The centre stone – certified as Colombian and with only minor oiling – is set in a classy 18k rose gold bezel within a border of sixteen bright and white eight-cut diamonds in coronet setting. On a slim, flat white gold shank. So elegant.
Accompanied by an emerald report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating the emerald has had only minor clarity enhancement and is Colombian in origin.
Cut – Round cut emerald and eight-cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds are G.
Clarity – There are visible inclusion in the emerald (which is normal and expected in emerald). The diamonds are VS1 are VS2.
Carat – The emerald is 2.94 carat, with a total approximate diamond weight of 0.32 carat.
Circa – 1940.
Measurements – The emerald is 10.1 x 10.4mm. The head of the ring is 15.9 x 16mm and sits 6.9mm from the finger.
Size – M (UK) or 6 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Metal – 18k white gold. The emerald is secured in 18k rose gold. Tested.
