Art Deco 2.96 Carat Old Cut Diamond Trilogy Ring, circa 1925
A great and walloping three stone ring. The cushion shaped centre stone – conservatively estimated at 1.40 carat – is flanked by a pair of diamonds estimated at a combined weight of 1.56. All three diamonds are rubover and milgrain set in platinum with a simple and partly closed yellow gold gallery. Spear-shaped platinum shoulders lead to slim gold shank. Very impressive, very beautiful.
