Art Deco 3.46 Carat Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1930
A spectacular Art Deco diamond cluster ring. The old European cut diamond in the centre – gauged at over two carats – is rubover set in milgrained platinum and is surrounded by eight old European cuts and sixteen smaller eight-cut diamonds which sit between each of the “larger” stones in the surround. The exceptional hand-pierced gallery leads to diamond-set spear-shaped shoulders to a slender platinum shank. An absolute masterpiece.
